🏦 Set Up Auto-Pay (Highly Recommended!)
Since the lease lasts a full year, setting up recurring transfers keeps your payments seamless and avoids overdue status.
- Open your **bank's mobile app** (Chase, Wells Fargo, BofA, PNC, Capital One, etc.).
- Navigate to **Transfer & Pay** → **Send Money with Zelle®**.
- Add Samara's contact: **samara.mehta@gmail.com** or phone **516-817-8038**.
- Choose **Send Money** and enter your monthly rent share: **$800.00**.
- Select **Frequency → Monthly**. Set the start date for the **24th or 25th** of each month to buffer Zelle delays.
- Review and confirm. You will only need to manually send utility splits separately when they are updated!

Never miss a payment deadline. Subscribe to the secure, live-updating house calendar feed to automatically populate your phone's native calendar app (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook) with all rent milestones, deadlines, and friendly reminder notifications.
📱 Apple Calendar (iPhone & Mac)
Go to **Settings → Calendar → Add Account → Add Subscribed Calendar**. Paste the copied URL and save. It will auto-refresh in the background.
🤖 Google Calendar (Android & Web)
Open calendar.google.com in a browser. On the left sidebar next to "Other calendars", click **+ → From URL**. Paste the feed URL and click **Add calendar**.
